Mukha Abhyanga with Marma Chikitsa

Ayurvedic Facial with custom therapeutic oil and Pressure Point Therapy

This Ayurvedic facial therapy is personalised and deeply effective for not only relaxation, body-mind connection, and fascia work, but also rejuvenates and supports healthy skin. It is a maintenance, or a medical practice depending on the need of the individual. Current research highlights the importance of facial manipulation to support brain health. The face is an access point to reach all parts of the body and is thus a true body-mind-spirit modality. The marma (pressure points) of the face are also utilised during this treatment.

Satvavajaya Chikitsa

Mindfulness, Meditation, Nervous System Regulation, Ayurvedic Psychotherapy

Ayurveda offers unique insight into the individual. But it doesn't stop there. Thousands of years of caring for the whole person, body, mind and spirit is the strength that can be drawn on through Ayurvedic modalities that address the many aspects of what it means to be a human being. Satvavajaya Chikitsa is a form of psychotherapy that is a compassionate, supportive landing space with real, powerful, and transformational modalities to address the balance of the body-mind system. Ayurveda recognises that the individual is whole and healthy when in a natural state, we just sometimes need some support to find that middle ground, that balanced point of stability. Satvavajaya Chikitsa addresses this. It is part of a comprehensive treatment plan, following a consultation to determine the needs of the individual.

Ayurvedic Herbology

One of the cornerstones of an effective Ayurvedic set of recommendations. Ayurvedic formulations are herbal preparations made in the traditional way that honours the original growing, harvesting, and preparing practices as preserved in the medicinal texts of Ayurveda. Single herbs and even simple herbal teas from spices and herbs found in your own kitchen are also utilised. Herbs are natures gift to maintaining health and balance, and balancing the imbalances of life. These recommendations are specifically created through a detailed consultation which helps to determine the individual's need for support.
