Welcome
Ayurveda is as relevant today, or even more so, than it was thousands of years ago, when it has been guessed to have begun. However, as Ayurveda is built off of the earth, sustaining all of earth's life forms, and it speaks to the healer within, the power of inner healing through awakening intelligence and body-mind balance, and the understanding of the subtle nature of human beings - approaching the deepest questions of humanity such as "who am I," and "what is my purpose," - I venture to state that Ayurveda is as old as time, as infinite as consciousness, and as loving and compassionate as the great force itself. As Practitioners we accept to support in humility, as we understand that we are simply trying to be the most capable instruments of a knowledge that can not be quantified.

Today's western mindset however, wants measurements, repeatability and documentation. Something that Ayurveda has demonstrated over thousands of years of efficacy, providing time tested solutions to today's medical mysteries.

So, below is just a taste of the large body of evidence based research that is available concerning Ayurvedic Medicine.

Ayurveda is not an alternative medicine, or a natural version of western medicine. Ayurvedic Medicine is a system in and of itself, complete, and comprehensive. Although we are still in a time of ethnocentrism in the medical world, bridges are being built, and serious scholars are bringing Ayurveda's depth and efficacy out to the forefront.
Ayurveda, a balm to modern ills
