Āhāra Kula
Ahara is said to be Mahabhaisajya, "the greatest medicine," but it can also feel complex.
This is your Kula (Tribe), your touchstone, and the place where we determine how Ahara, mindfulness practices, and community effects the key translator of experience - the mind.
Ahara Kula is a program meant to meet you where you are, to bring mindfulness and nourishment into your life through nutrition and community support.
It's your chance to experience living Ayurveda in a practical way, as nature intended - not isolated, but in a village of fellow women seeking to live a balanced, connected, grounded, mindful, and properly nourished way.
Although it is a comprehensive stand alone program, this cohort will have the special opportunity to take part in a doctorate level research study culminating in a thesis that is evaluating the effect of Ahara Chikitsa (Ayurvedic nutrition); Satvavajaya Chikitsa (Ayurvedic psychotherapy/mind support); Kula or Sangha (community support and involvement); and the sense of wellbeing.
We've had enough of the wellness noise and figuring it all out alone, but we are longing to feel more at home in our bodies and minds, and to feel actually nourished by real, wholesome foods and meals that are steeped in nutrition wisdom.
There will be future cohorts who will have the option to take part in this program for a fee.
To join the research cohort the only cost will be your time, and some ingredients to cook with, however, it will be on an application basis to ensure eligibility for research criteria to be met. Note that this is the only time that this program will be offered free of cost.
To apply, simply fill out the online form below!

Short Application to Register
Welcome, I'm glad that you have decided to take advantage of this opportunity for deep nourishment and care in your life.
The healer lies within, but as human beings we are hard wired for connection and for existing within a community, or village. This supports all of our endeavours: Practical, Emotional, Social, and Spiritual.
