“Our suffering is impermanent, and that is why we can transform it. And because happiness is impermanent, that is why we have to nourish it.”

How it Works
There are many ways to work together! However, as Ayurveda is a personalised science, this is your chance to go more deeply than you would have access to in a standard medical appointment. The most common feedback regarding Ayurvedic consultations is that it is the first experience of being finally heard, understood, and attended to holistically. Special insight into the interrelatedness of the whole body-mind system is a unique quality of Ayurveda. So too are the many accessible approaches to either maintaining or reestablishing a sense of balance and health. For that reason, it is suggested to:

1.
Start with a complementary introductory call so we can meet each other and discuss how I can best support you in your health.

2.
Set up an in-depth initial consultation to determine your constitution, your current health issues or questions and to determine the route forward. Ayurveda works in an organic stepwise progression that corresponds to your body's natural way of healing. Not rushed, not extreme, not imposed, but rather re-aligning the entire system to it's innate state of wellbeing.
After this appointment you will receive a personalised Ayurvedic protocol which includes pertinent to you information regarding your concerns, nutrition, lifestyle, Ayurvedic body therapies, therapeutic yoga, and Ayurvedic herbal formulation guidance.

3.
After undertaking the recommendations for some time, determined by your specific needs, we then continue to meet for follow up appointments, adjusting where needed, supporting where required, listening to any concerns that may have newly arisen in your life, and supplying any additional resources required.
Healing and maintaining health and wellbeing through all of the stages and demands of life is a journey and we are here to support you along that path.
